In order to determine the cost per person\, we need a
head count as soon as possible. The more people who respond that they will
be coming by this Saturday\, July 19\, the lower the cover charge will be. We also need the head count to determine number of tables\, staff needs\, and
amount of space needed. This information will also be posted on Facebook
and MySpace (please find us and add us as friends)\, but please let all of
your friends know. We want to include everyone who would like to come.
